Michael Knaus

I have been involved in real estate since 1998 after watching a Carlton Sheets infomercial about buying houses with "no money down". I had my own construction business and was looking for ways to make more money and create something bigger than what I was doing. The idea of flipping houses fired me up and I went after that goal with a vengeance. I did a few houses as a part time thing until I realized this is what I want to do with my life. I am here to network with like minded people. I am willing to share my experiences and look forward to learning more from others as well. PS: I still have my Carlton Sheets cassette tapes but have no way to play them anymore. LOL
