Michael Kistner

I work full time as an Impact Planner/Scheduler for a major oil company in Northern California. Before getting this job, I was working full time as a carpenter while putting myself through school at Chico State for Construction management. All my experiences along with my passion for Real Estate and interest in Real Estate Investing came together in 2016 when I house hacked a Triplex in Lodi, CA. I spent the next year researching different markets, studying different strategies, and networking before beginning my out of state investing. Now as an agent, (DRE#02078539), my focus is on helping others pursuing financial freedom through real estate. With my background and experience in construction management, house hacking a small multifamily, building a team out of state and using hard money to finance those deals I'm able to provide insight to first time home buyers and investors alike.
