Michael Kaufman

My name is Michael and I’m a young, aspiring long term rental property investor. I first became interested in real estate the same way most of you probably did, after reading Rich Dad, Poor Dad. From there I picked up courses while in college and have taken jobs in the industry to learn as much as I can! I currently work as a Property Tax Consultant, representing owners of commercial, residential, and land properties. This has been a great way for me to learn how to evaluate properties the same way an appraiser would. I am also developing my skills as a negotiator through my job. I am currently seeking a mentor to enhance my knowledge of real estate investing and help drive me toward my goal of becoming a Master in facilitating the BRRRR strategy and build a team that can help me be the best I can possibly be!
