I'm a securities trader from Chicago. Generally focus on buy and hold investing with a recent focus on Southeastern Wisconsin, as well as Chicagoland and NW Indiana. Purchased a 4-unit Apt building, 2 single family rentals in SE Wisconsin and 1 in NW Indiana. Also involved in partnerships focused on small multifamily, completed 1 profitable flip and rehabbed a smoke/fire damaged home.
