Before you read anything or look at anything I do. I have to like you know that I came from a very humble beginning. I grew up in a rule town in New York where the population now is about 1,100 to 1,200 people. I was poor by that community standards. I worked hard got out achieved an MBA all while thinking of what I could do to better myself and the lives of those around me. I was able to land a job that helped be break through the poverty cycle. Though mentally I was able to break the property cycle by listening to Jim Rohn, Les Brown, Zig Ziglar, and Eric Thomas. They help me build my mental fortitude for my strong foundation. This year we got started down the pathway of investing in real estate with my first multi-family property purchased this year. I am looking to build my profolio and make steps in the right direction. Right now what I am looking to build is my core four to ease the process of buying property long distance. The areas that I am looking to invest in is Atlanta, Houston, Dallas, the Carolinas and several different parts of Florida. The reason I am involved in real estate is to be able to retire and spend more time with my kids. At the time of writing this October 2020 my wife is currently pregnant with our first child due in April. I want to retire from working for someone else sometime in the next 3-4 years.
