Retired financial Planner seeking real estate opportunities to purchase inexpensive single and multi -family homes to rent with significant positive cash flow. I am an investor with cash looking for joint ventures with investors who have access to local markets that will support the 50%- 2% rules. Will consider some rehab and flip. I am also interested in meeting investors who have no money but good ideas and are local to my target market. I am currently investing in Dayton OH, Montgomery county, as a prime investment area and looking to extend my network in that area.
