Rental Property Investor
Owner/manager with over 10 years working on fix & flips as a laborer and investor. Long term strategy is continuing to buy & hold in Cleveland area utilizing my background in rehab/renovation to increase property cashflow and building up my holdings in a market I know very well. My day jobs have given me the ability to fund my deals. But the goal will be to eventually be a full time owner/manager.
