Live in CT, work in NYC, invest where it makes sense! Experience: Own mostly multifamily buildings in downtown Boston. Real Estate Goals: I'm neither a "flipper" nor a "buy and hold" investor, I'm a "buy and die", as in leave it to the kids to avoid capital gains tax altogether. Currently Seeking: Looking to add to multifamily portfolio in major city centers. My day job keeps me busy so looking to have these professionally managed by local companies.
