I am really looking to make my footprint in the real estate world. My wife and I purchased first house (our home) in January 2017, and I work as a mortgage servicing trainer. We look forward to future real estate endeavors! Experience: We bought our first Pontiac SFR rental in August 2018. Real Estate Goals: We'd really like to grow slowly and focus on rental properties. We would ideally like to acquire five rental properties in the next three years. Ultimately, I'd like to focus on real estate full time in order to spend more time with my family! Currently Seeking: A mentor and wholesalers to buy from. I'd love the opportunity to take an experienced investor out for lunch/dinner. I have read several books, but nothing compares to the real life experience that can be shared by others.
