I live in the North Pittsburgh area. I like coffee, beer and being outside with my wife & dog. I'm interested in investing in mid-sized multi-unit buildings within the Pittsburgh area. Looking forward to following local posts & networking with people who know the market. Experience: I've got an up/down duplex in Bellevue that I was able to house hack for a couple years while I learned about real estate investing. Next, I acquired a 4 unit in the same neighborhood. With that property stabilized, I ended up with a 13 unit building east of Pittsburgh. And in early 2020, I got a 26 unit south of Pittsburgh. In my day job I do Pricing & Portfolio Analysis. Real Estate Goals: $40K passive investment gross income by 2018. (Completed 8/2017) $100K by 2023. (Completed 11/2018) $200K by 2028. Currently Seeking: 10-30 unit building in Pittsburgh. Class B or C.
