About myself
Novice real estate investor. Manage 4 rental properties as the landlord that have been acquired over time. I like to learn how to do some of the maintenance/repair/upgrade work in our current home and rental properties; and when I can't I hire others to do the work and try to learn from those who are experienced. Looking to network with like minded investors and learn more about the field. I am more interested in the process and mid to long term investments of real estate, as opposed to a lot of money or quick money. God and family first....
