My partner and I currently live and invest in Cleveland, Ohio where our company Prospera Ventures has built a sizable portfolio in about two years utilizing joint venture partnerships and syndications. We've been able to provide our investors thus far with double digit returns and passive cashflow as our team handles the day to day operations and takes care of all of the leg work. Our current portfolio is 208 units including large multifamily, small multifamily and single family rentals. As we look down the road into 2023, our goal is to grow our portfolio to 500 units by the end of the year.
