Hello, My name is Michael and I am from Charlotte, NC and currently living in Boston MA. I am very passionate about real estate investing and currently educating myself in real estate investing as much as I possibly can to put myself in position to be able to complete my first deal. I intend to build a portfolio of 20 cash flowing buy and hold properties in the next 5 years and to continue improving my learning and education in real estate investing and adding to my net worth. Due to high home prices in my local area, I am currently looking to invest out of state/ long distance using the BRRRR strategy in any of the following cities: Detroit MI, Charlotte NC, Indianapolis IN, Cleveland OH, Cincinnati OH, Milwaukee WI or any great cash flowing locations.
