Michael Ouvrard

After spending 8 years in school to become a Doctor of Pharmacy, I have been working as a retail pharmacist for the past three years in an extremely high-paced, stressful environment. Real estate has always piqued my interest and realizing the opportunity available in this field has recently encouraged to me begin pursuing REI. In addition to being a pharmacist and aspiring REI, I have a passion for fishing. I have my Captain's License and a Merchant Marine Officer in the U.S. Coast Guard and owned a charter fishing business (Catch Five Charters) in Door County, WI with my father for several years. Another future goal is to start this business up again somewhere in the Florida Keys, which is another motivating factor to become successful in the REI field. Experience: I am currently house-hacking a duplex, renting out a single-family house next door as well as two additional single-family investment houses across the street. In addition, I have done a gut-rehab BRRRR on a 4-plex, starting a new triplex BRRRR, and now buying large multifamily properties through syndication. Real Estate Goals: I am pursuing large multifamily deals through syndication. Currently Seeking: I'm currently seeking 100+ unit multifamily deals.
