I am married to my best friend and have two amazing kids. My wife and I both work from home; she is in corporate event production and I am a full-time investor, primarily in the multifamily/apartment asset class. I came to BP because I had learned of a house that was going to be foreclosed and the payoff was significantly less than than what just the land was worth. Since I am a lifelong learner, I had been scouring the internet and came across BP and the rest is history. Fast forward to today, myself and a partner are looking to acquire apartment complexes, because we have a vision of providing financial literacy and job-skills training to the tenants. One day I hope to have a portfolio of single family properties on a rent-to-own program for the individuals/families in our complexes that desire to no longer be tenants and rather home owners. We want to offer a hand up as opposed to a handout. Happy to connect with anyone and share any wisdom that I might have!
