Bought my first investment property back in 1985 Have been licensed as an agent in NY, NC and FL but not to sell but to get the MLS list and save on commissions. Have owned rentals and buy and sell. Currently focused on flipping. Retired at 48 but still enjoy getting dirty and learning new skills in fixing up houses.
