Hello! I'm a full time pharmacist who is developing a strong passion for real estate. I'm trying to learn as much as I can so and help/advice is most appreciated Experience: I currently have a single family home in Northridge and am house hacking a condo in North Hollywood. Real Estate Goals: I would like to have at least 20 multi family units by the time I'm 40 years old (9 years to go). Currently Seeking: I'm looking for advice and a mentor who can show me the ropes.
