My wife and I (and our two newfies) live in Nashville, Tennessee (and New Bern NC during Covid). We have a goal to get to 20k/month of cash flow from real estate by the end of 2021. We currently are at 6k as of November 2020 with 2 properties. One mountain vacation home/rental and one multi-family 4 unit in New Bern. We're actively looking for #3. My day job is in Cloud Sales for Google. My real estate skills are finding, setting up, and managing short term rentals. My current focus is networking with other investors and bringing value to them with my skills, while also learning about flips, commercial, and syndications.
