About myself
I am super interested in getting started in real estate investing as another source of income. I'm an application developer who specialized in spatial analysis. Think maps. I'm the guy who can quickly figure out how many x family homes with y floors is within 1 mile from the ocean, but not in a floodzone, where the medium income is z. Almost all housing data can have a location associated with it. I'm the guy who can crunch the numbers, or... map, and automate the process. Give me a buzz.
