Husband and father of 3. Christ follower. I have always had a passion for owning rental properties, but never really thought it would become a reality. When my wife and I took a job transfer to Asheville NC from Greenville SC, we decided to keep our home here in Greenville and rent it out. So after 2 years, we were able to come back home to Greenville. We decided to keep our first house as a rental, and buy a more permanent home to raise our now, 3 kids. (2 of which are boy/girl twins) So what once started as a dream, and a convenience of just renting out our house instead of selling, has now allowed my wife and I to continue this crazy journey through the leverage of our first house. We now own 15 SFH's and 2 duplex's. Our goal, 100 doors!
