Rocco Montana

I'm a Realtor serving the Boulder Denver Area and a Team Leader. I bought my first property at 20 years old and house hacked until...still do. At 28 I purchased my first rental property and by 30 I had done a few wholesales, flipped a few houses, own 16 Units in Connecticut as a passive investor, two AirBnBs(one I live in), have multiple flips going at any given time, and submitting LOIs on large multifamily properties. I've lent private money and have raised almost $1,000,000 in my first year as an investor.
