I joined BiggerPockets (BP) last year to network and learn from inspiring Real Estate investors. To be able to share my perspective and experience; vitally to ask questions are the reasons I am here. I am interested in looking for a property to fix & flip and possibly to buy and hold to grow my portfolio. I am also open and interested in a partnership that would like to invest in Fix & Flip projects as well. Experience: For an internship, I worked with a small company assisting 3 properties in Rochester, NY. I learned how to project with the flip, database systems, work with vendors & suppliers, generate leads, finance, inspection reports, and other duties performing day-to-day activities with the company. Now I am currently working on my LLC to venture into Fix & Flip niche in Austin, TX. I am currently a member of FFRIEA to stay connected and for personal and professional support in Rochester, NY.
