I've always had a passion for Real Estate since 1991 when I purchased my first property. Since then, I've always dabbled in Real Estate part-time, while working full-time for corporate America. I've purchased and sold properties in Jacksonville, FL, Hollywood, FL, Germantown, MD, Bethesda, MD, Chantilly, VA and Ocean City, MD. I've spent the last 20 years of my corporate life at Sprint in their Federal Government Division selling to USDA and the US DOI Nationwide. In 2014, Sprint decided to cut almost all the Federal team so I took a package offered and since then I jumped into real estate investing full-time. My wife and I started our REI company, Hard Hat Homes, LLC in 2015 where we will focus our marketing efforts on rehabbing properties for our rental portfolio.
