Hey there! My name is Mike and I am an electrical and general contractor. Experience: I starting working in construction about 2001 and after working in a few different trades I decided that working as an electrician was the path that I wanted to go down. I worked as an electrician for several years in Los Angeles and in 2006 I established a contracting company in Las Vegas, NV. As we all know... not too long after that there was a huge decline in the demand for contractors so in 2009 I closed my contracting business and enlisted in the US Navy In 2012 I purchased my primary residence, in 2015 I established a tattoo studio which I still manage today, in 2016 I purchased my first rental property (which was a creative solution to a problem a family member was having... along with being a full gut rehab), in 2017 I was able to establish my current contracting company in the Southeastern Connecticut area where I am working on rehabs with a handful of fellow investors and property managers. I am currently working on relocating my Electrical/ General Contracting business to South Georgia Real Estate Goals: Continue to grow my rental portfolio Currently Seeking: Other investors in the Southwest Georgia area to network with.
