I am a self-employed digital marketing consultant, copywriter, web designer, and professional speaker for the last 19 years. I am a part-time real estate investor, which sometimes becomes a full-time occupation :) Combining these two very different professions together creates a really high quality of life for me. I get to exercise my creativity with my consulting, hang out with awesome people, work on cool projects, and build online businesses. In addition, it gives me a lot of freedom and flexibility to pursue my other passion of real estate. I love real estate to build wealth and long-term cash flow that will provide freedom in the future. I consider myself a serial entrepreneur with a passion for learning and building. During my free time, I am an avid reader, history buff, enjoy traveling, outdoor activities, and spending time with family and friends. Experience: A portfolio of well-managed rental properties that cash flow nicely. In addition, I do an occasional flip to generate a chunk of money. Real Estate Goals: I am looking to grow my portfolio of rental properties, ideally through creative financing and BRRRR investing as well as doing a few flips for additional cash flow. I also have an interest in notes, tax liens, options, and private lending. If you can help me reach these goals I would love to connect and talk. In the meantime here are other very specific things I need right now... Currently Seeking: I am always trying to expand my team. I am located in Northwest Ohio near Toledo. Here are the things I am currently looking for and if you can help please reach out. Contractor: I can always use another awesome contractor that is used to working with investors. These can be GC, plumber, electrical, drywaller, painter, etc. I can find work for any of them. Handyman: I can also use a really good handyman that can go out and fix the small issues on properties. I need someone that is knowledgeable, experienced, and reliable. Wholesalers: I also would like to meet some wholesalers so if you do that work please reach out. Money Partners: I am always looking for people that have money to invest and are willing to look at opportunities outside the stock market. I can always use more leads for property in and around Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan. I will also consider leads for seller-financed notes and investors that might need money to complete a deal.
