Real Estate Agent, Partner with Compass. I also invest and assist other investors with their journey: My passion for real estate started as earlier as I can remember. Some of my oldest memories are of joining my father, a Boston real estate developer, on his job sites and running around the units while they were still under construction as a kid. From there, my interest in real estate and investing has only grown: During my time at Providence College, I obtained my Massachusetts Real Estate license during my freshman year and spent the summers leasing apartments around the Boston and Providence metros, really getting to know the cities and surrounding areas. During the school year I worked several days per week as a financial analyst at a large Commercial Real Estate firm, helping underwrite various deals for their portfolio. Then during my junior year, some partners and I raised capital to purchase 5 student housing properties which were internally managed and leased to current students and other local residents. Upon graduating from Providence College as a Finance major, I developed my investing career with Fidelity Investments. Working as a lead financial advisor and responsible for the development, implementation, and oversight of over $500,000,000 in personal assets. As a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) holder, I have a fiduciary obligation in my interactions, and will only look to participate in real estate deals that may offer a competitive advantage over traditional asset classes (mutual funds, ETF’s, stocks, and bonds). After nearly 10 years with Fidelity, I decided to commit full-time to real estate. Currently, I am a full time Agent and Partner with Compass, serving the Greater Boston area. I assist and advise clients through my extensive relationships and experience whether it is buying, selling, new construction, development or investing. As a real estate investor, we invest in real estate assets through Penzance Capital - a boutique real estate investment firm. During this time, I have partnered and invested in various real estate deals mainly throughout New England - but we even have a deal in San Diego, CA!
