I am a regional truck driver who spends most of my nights in a 64" sleeper with a twin size mattress. I rarely get to spend time with my family. So When I say I'm working hard, determined and motivated to start REI, I mean that! I did more studying, reading, audio books, researching, thinking, and looking at numerous videos and podcast. But now it's time to take action!! So I'm working on every strategy I can find to get my hands on my first property (literally)! I'm definitely a deal finder and a deal builder. I'm hoping to find a mentor/partner that is also looking to work just as hard to get their next property. Unfortunately at this time i can't bring my own personal finances to the table because they are limited. But I'm bringing hard work, hard labor, and very detailed spreadsheets for every deal you or I or WE find. I 100% believe a deal is not a deal if it's not analyzed correctly and completely. Just started my business on the side cleaning out foreclosed homes to bring in a better income while I take these steps into REI.
