A father of 4 trying to gain as much knowledge as possible in order to obtain my first investment property. I've been in the water and sewer business since the early 2000's and been a part of the Laborers Union since 2013. Obtained my Real Estate License in 2018 and started doing expireds from day one. As of today, I'm a superintendent of a large construction company in the chicagoland area that deals with water and sewer. I'm looking to retire in the next ten years and hungry to start building generational wealth for my children.
