My wife and I are currently house hacking as a way to use real estate investing to allow us more time to be able to explore our true hobbies and passions in life. Most importantly to be able to spend more time with our Mini Aussie, Kira. Our strategy involves is to aquire long term buy and hold 2-4 units and to do a couple flips to supplement income.
