Michael Wayne Fraze III

Hello, my name is Michael Fraze. I’m former military, I presently work at Ford Motor Company’s Louisville assembly plant. I’m happily married with four lovely children. I enjoy spending time with my family, and the outdoors. I especially enjoy hunting and fishing. I’m new to real estate investing, and think it could be my way out of the rat race. I’ve never done it per say, however I did successfully buy my first home with the intention to renovate myself, and flip for profit inside of 5 years. I succeeded with flying colors, and walked away with $27,000. I’ve read several books on stock market investing, and managed myself a small portfolio which is performing quite well. I’m really looking for people to help me through this..as I realize that I’ll never be truly happy until I can be free of the daily grind...until then I’m 100% willing to do what I HAVE to do...until I’m able to do what I WANT to do.
