Currently I am in the buy and hold small multi-family game. I am starting to spread my wings into larger multi-family, mixed use and commercial real estate. I see myself focusing on the commercial and development side of things as my career unfolds. I have worked in construction for over two decades and I apply my knowledge of home building into my real estate business. While at the same time applying my knowledge of real estate to remove me from the construction.
