I'm a commercial real estate agent (just getting started in multi family commercial real estate), my sole purpose of becoming an agent is to get to learn how multi family works and build enough capital to invest one day. As of now, I am looking to wholesale, this is not ideal nor preferred but I want to get started sooner than later and living in Los Angeles I need quite a bit of capital.
