Michele Patterson

Michele is very experienced in working with banks for REO/asset management and rehab. She is also experienced in providing reports, pictures, managing projects and crews for rehabs and repairs. Michele previously managed her family owned property preservation company and was very successful in that market. She will partner with investors, national banks as well as homeowners to assist with short sales, buying, selling, investing, foreclosure avoidance, property rehabs, asset management, code violations, and vacant property research.
