I am looking for my first real estate deal! I am interested in single-family and small multi family homes in the town of Catskill and Coxsackie, NY. I am looking to brrrr these properties. I am also open to a possible partnership with one or more units if someone is interested in investing in either of these towns. I have started putting together my team including an attorney, a CPA, a general contractor(but could always use a back up), property mgr, and an office mgr. I am looking for a real estate agent with market experience in these towns. I am a wife and mom of 3, all of which have an interest in real estate investing and are a part of my team. I have 27 years of retail experience and 13 years as owner/operator of MLB Painting Co. where I have worked for hundreds of home owners to improve the value of their property. It’s time to invest in real estate and use my experience to improve the value of our own properties moving us that much closer to financial freedom.
