Experience: Focus has been residential brokerage the past 10 years, evolved into more prospecting and acquiring lots/properties for builders for areas in which I've become keenly familiar with market values - block by block, that's how Chicago rolls. Currently working on 3rd home flip project, looking forward to buy & holds. Always eager to meet people in all areas of the investment and rehab field, build the team and the dream. Real Estate Goals: Love to meet prospective partners (builders and others), private lenders, etc. Flips for now - rehabs and teardowns/new construction, and eventually buy & hold 5+ units, onward to passive investing and assisting others with my abundance of proceeds.
