About myself
I am a young professional looking to make income off rentals. I currently have a SF home in Colorado Springs that I have been renting out since 2008. I am house hacking in my current home by having a roommate and someone living in a Tiny House in my backyard. I want start investing in duplexes, tri's etc. I am currently looking to purchase out of state as Colorado house prices have sky rocketed!
