Real Estate Investing in my opinion is like a Choose Your Own Adventure Book! Im new to this realm so Im currently soaking in all information I can. At the same time Im trying to create goals to take action on, but Holy Cow is there a lot of information and opinions out there! Since I live in CA and not interested in hammer swinging AT ALL, Im leaning towards out of state Buy and Hold strategy for cash flow.
