I live in Ecuador and I have one rental property in the states that I use for current income. I am in the process of purchasing another home to rent, using funds from a SDIRA, and I need more information about how that works. I would eventually like to learn about flipping houses and how to find the right people to do the rehab. I am a newbie and need A LOT of help! I have plenty of time to learn now that I am semi-retired. I'm looking forward to this new chapter in my life! Experience: The only home I have ever purchased was for my primary residence... 20 years ago. In 2014, I decided to turn the property into a rental. Other than that, I have no RE experience. Real Estate Goals: I'm still trying to figure out what my RE goals are. I have been lucky to have really great tenants for the past two years and have considered buying another rental property. I am also interested in discount notes and possibly flipping houses. I'm still in the research stage to figure out what is best for me. Wish I could be more concrete on my goals, but it is what it is, for now.
