I started investing in 2008. Purchased 2,properties to fix & flip currently I have 2 rental homes with long term tenants. However, I used my own money and left me in a bind. I have not been investing and would like to get back into the business. I am seeking advise or partner to help with financial aspect of investing as well as build a new team. My preference would be to fix and flip and also looking to purchase small MFP.
