I currently juggle a full-time career alongside real estate investing, I currently own and self-manage two short-term rentals locally, and I'm interested in trying out other ways to invest as I grow. For now I'm investing in my own backyard — I like knowing the neighborhoods and being hands-on — but I'm open to eventually investing out of state. I'd love to connect with other investors, lenders, and agents, and I'm always happy to share what I'm learning on the short-term rental side!
