Engineer Experience: We currently own and self-manage 28 rental C class apartments in an older complex in a nearby city, and have an upscale rental condo and SF rental house. I'm the HOA Board president of the complex where our units are located, overseeing the budget and common area issues for 161 units. We are also participants in a number of apartment building syndications in other states, including Texas, Georgia, Tennessee, and Arizona. Real Estate Goals: Successfully manage current property portfolio, growing revenue and adding additional units to increase NOI while providing a great place to live for our tenants. Continue to invest in additional apartment building syndication deals. Fund raise for others' syndication deals, referring accredited family, friends, and colleagues looking for a better rate of return to syndication partners. In the 2023 time frame, be the lead investor on a value-add metro Detroit apartment community purchase large enough (100 units+) to support onsite maintenance and property management.
