Michele Williams

Also known as “Dr Tiny, ” Michele Williams is the director of COBA US, a not-for-profit organization. COBA’s mission is to Connect, Organize, Build and Advance healthy community development. She is also the Executive Director for The Fuller Center of Housing in Delaware, has a doctorate in public policy, 13 years’ experience as a real estate investor, and over 30 years of strategic development as an Air Force Medical Officer. Her expertise in research, health, real estate, and strategy helps decision makers develop and implement healthy housing options that are available to employed people at a price that they can afford with their job, near where they work, school and play. Michele is the facilitator for the Sussex County Delaware Real Estate Investor Association (DelREIA).
