Young Investor located in Central CT. Looking for Buy and Hold Multi Family Rental Properties, and in the future small apartment complexes. My interest in Real Estate started with a passion for Construction at a very young age. Talking, Working, and Learning from many mentors, I learned that in the long run, I needed passive income. I recieved a Bachloers Degree in Construction Managment and worked for a high end custom home builder as a Superintendent in Conneticut. Estates from 5,000-25,000 sq. ft. with all the bells and whistles you can imagine. I loved my job, but a steady job came across my plate, which was much more stable, and I had to take it. I am starting to build my real estate portfolio to be able to walk away from my job when I see fit. I am working on adding another unit to one of my properties, and working on a owner financed deal. I truly do love working, but I do not like the idea of reporting to an office for someone else, 40 hours a week until I turn 65.
