About myself
I'm a real estate investor. Though I started out in 1995, I only had one for many years. In 2018 I started buying more. I am in short-term rentals, mid-term rentals, long term rentals both inside and outside my IRA. I own Joe Homebuyer of Kentuckiana, a wholesaling franchise serving the Louisville Kentucky and Southern Indiana areas. Looking for lender partners and Cash Buyers!
