I was introduced to the business by working with investors in the Tampa Bay Area, FL in 2004 by successfully rehabbing and flipping over 200 properties. Since then I became a State Certified Residential Appraiser and Licensed Real Estate Broker experience which helps me when I do my flips and at the same time help investors get an additional source of income by patterning up and finding the right deals for them.
