I have been a entrepreneur, business owner and contractor most of my life. I have traveled the country using my hard earned experiences to succeed in all I have targeted. I have been blessed with many friends in many walks of life. Like minded folks is where its at and what has brought me to Bigger Pockets. I have bought and sold real estate through out the swings of the highs and lows. When markets and opportunities ebbed....I have stepped "back" and performed contract work { you can call me a BOOMER } where ever the opportunity prevailed. I love networking with those who KNOW that with effort, dedication and a will to succeed....there is NOTHING we can not accomplish! I am a licensed Coast Guard Certified Captain, a licensed Pipe Welding Contractor, and a certified Master Diver. I LOVE the salt water and keep a 30' Ocean Runner w/twin 225HP in Miami for my serious play time. Taking folks out deep sea fishing is one of my favorite things to do! Stand up Sword fishing is Krazy Kewl!! Running to the Bahamas or to Key West isn't too bad also!
