My name is Mikael Winkler, and I'm based in Columbus, Ohio. I have a passion for REI in general, apartment rentals specifically. I currently have a duplex that I renovated while living there, and now fully rent out. They say you should vocalize your goals, and my goal is a portfolio of 5,000 units. Only 4,998 more to go! I am interested in acquiring more rental properties that cashflow $200-$250/door, after all expenses.
