Mike Amann

I currently reside in Fort Mill, SC and work in Charlotte, NC. My day job is in Software Sales for a publicly traded company currently and I'm using the RSUs vested to me to fund deals. I am looking to network with others locally and out of state specifically on Short Term Rentals. Real estate investing is my long term plan/vision to create financial freedom and wealth generation for my family in the years ahead. My main focus is in the Short Term Rental space in vacation areas of NC, SC, TN, and GA. Being in Sales for over 18 years and specifically with SaaS companies, I am eager to apply my experience and learn everything there is with vacation rentals on purchasing these types of properties, providing amazing customer service, and applying the software tools that are out there to help run/manage this type of business model effectively. I am a firm believer in the power of networking and sharing knowledge. I'm looking to connect with seasoned investors, wholesalers, agents, lenders, and property managers to continue to learn from and create action plans with. Let's connect!
