My name is Mike and I'm from and currently live in Chicago. I discovered the podcast randomly before boarding a flight in July and have been hooked ever since. On the site to get more educated on real estate investing and hopeful I can contribute to the community! Experience: I purchased my first home (primary residence) in 2015 - I've read some investing books here and there but am hoping to purchase my first investment property by year end 2017.
