From 2005 to 2014, I specialized in wholesaling real estate, sourcing opportunities through direct, ground-level engagement with property owners. Today, I focus on identifying undervalued opportunities and managing the full lifecycle of each project—from acquisition through construction and disposition—while actively controlling risk throughout the process. In addition to owned investments, I work with investors and operators in a consulting capacity, helping them evaluate deals, structure projects, and navigate challenges related to construction, city compliance, and execution. Before committing capital to a deal, I offer underwriting and deal reviews to identify risks and blind spots (flat fee: $500). Currently focused on projects within Illinois.
